Rushcliffe Eco-town
Your Eco-town
The Department of Communities and Local Government (CLG) has identified the potential for an Eco-town development in the Borough of Rushcliffe, with the former RAF Newton site being highlighted as offering a possible location.
If the location is found to be suitable, a sustainable development based on innovative design could make a significant contribution to local housing, community and infrastructure needs.
The Crown Estate, Defence Estate and Newton Nottingham LLP, the three landowners at Newton, are keen to work with local and national stakeholders to evaluate this potential. They value your input to these discussions on the merits of this location.
